Healthy Eating Week

We had a very busy week doing lots of different activities which helped us to think about the importance of a healthy diet.

 

 

Remember eating  healthy isn’t complicated; it boils down to eating less junk food and more fruit, vegetables & wholegrain foods. We should also drink water and milk rather than sweetened drinks.
