QPR  teacher support

This year we have had QPR with us all year.  Once a week they come in to support various class teachers with their delivery of PE and to run an after school club girls football club.

The sessions helped me to get familiar with the PE curriculum in more detail.  QPR helped me to structure lessons in ways that were engaging for children and at the same time showing children’s progress. It helped me teach the beginning and end of the lesson while also up levelling their skills each lesson.  I gained more confidence and can now use different approaches to teach PE lessons. Mr Fajmut, Year 3

They helped massively, they introduced me to new games and movement skills to keep the children active throughout the PE lesson.  They helped with my confidence in teaching PE and showed me how to develop my skills into a good PE lesson. Mr Giordmaina, Year 3

QPR were really supportive and constructive when observing and giving feedback.  Gave great ideas and demonstrated how to implement them.  Miss Khalique, Year 5
