The TFL Explorers Ambassadors carried out an Idling Survey at Lowden Road at drop off and pick up times, we found there were not that many parents that were idling or even driving down, most of the parents were walking to and from school.

Therefore we moved to another entrance Stanley Road and discovered there were a lot of cars parking on the double yellow lines, leaving the engines on to drop off their children.  

The ambassadors then decided to make posters using the walk to school map, enlarging the image and making to clear for all and showing that walking doesn't take long and we should stop driving to and from school. 

These posters are displayed on all the school gates and internally around the school.  The ambassadors also produced some posters to raise awareness about Air Pollution, these posters are displayed for all parents, children and visitors to the school.
