In-Year Admissions – Years 1–6
We warmly welcome enquiries from families who are considering joining Tudor Primary School during the school year.
Sometimes families move into the local area from elsewhere in the UK or from overseas, or parents and carers may decide that they would like their child to move to a different school. Applications made outside the normal Reception admissions process are known as in-year admissions.
Joining Tudor Primary School
We understand that changing schools can be a significant step for a child and their family. At Tudor Primary School, we aim to make the transition as smooth and positive as possible.
We have a supportive induction process for pupils joining us during the school year. This helps us to:
welcome your child into our school community;
help them become familiar with their new class, teachers and routines;
understand their individual learning and pastoral needs;
put appropriate support in place where needed; and
help them settle quickly, build friendships and feel that they belong at Tudor.
Our aim is for every new pupil to feel safe, happy, included and ready to learn.

How to Apply
In-year applications for children wishing to join Years 1–6 are managed through Ealing Council's In-Year Admissions process.
Parents and carers should apply through Ealing Council and can find information about the application process, available school places and what happens after an application has been submitted on the Ealing Council In-Year Admissions webpage.
