Why Is Sugar a Problem? Too much sugar can cause:
- Tooth Decay
- Weight Gain
Daily Sugar Limits : Here’s how much added sugar you should aim to limit each day:
- Children aged 4-6 years: 19g (5 sugar cubes)
- Children aged 7-10 years: 24g (6 sugar cubes)
- Aged 11 years and over (including adults): 30g (7 sugar cubes)
