"Judging for the Primary Awards for Green Education in Schools (PAGES) has now been completed. I am delighted to inform you that Tudor Primary School has been selected as the Regional Champion for Central and Southern England for your project ’Tudor’s Sustainability Superstars’.  The Award was won in the Green Researchers category.  Congratulations to Miss Besely and all the School Council children.

 Almost 35,000 young people were involved in the creation of entries for this year’s competition and it was fantastic to see the diverse approaches that schools in the UK are taking to delivering environmental education to their children.  The young people’s commitment and passion really shone through. We received 273 entries, so being selected as a Regional Champion is a massive achievement.  You and the children should be very proud!

Congratulations and thanks to Miss Besely who has clearly done such a great job of inspiring and organising the children’s efforts.  They have achieved so much and I hope this will inspire you all to continue on your eco journey next year. Congratulations again to you and everyone involved in your project.  It’s quite an achievement to be a Regional Champion! "
